Turned a free audit tool into a $99 done-for-you service in one day. The setup, and the rule I didn't bend AllyOtter (same team as ThreadFox) checks sales pages against affiliate-network review rules. Plenty of people who'd benefit don't want another tool, so today we added Launch Fix: $99, we send the network-ready version of your page and the full submission pack within 24 hours, then answer the reviewer's change requests. Setup: - Checkout first, no application form: the order page collects the brief, then Stripe Checkout. - Payment verified server-side before any work (amount, currency, line item, charge state), idempotent. - Hard capacity cap (5 open orders), shown before payment, so we never take money we can't serve. - A 15-minute reconcile job for refunds and disputes. - Refund if we miss the 24 hours, or if no network fits the product. The rule: we promise the work, never an approval or sales, and we never ask for the client's network password. They make every dashboard click. Sales so far: 0. It went live today.
