    Day 49/144 of building to $5k MRR MRR: $514 (+$24) Revenue (last 28 days): $829 (+$15) Active subscriptions: 66 (+2) Finally crossed $500 MRR. The funny part? It took me 20 days to go from $380 → $400 MRR. Then it took just 5 days to go from $400 → $500 MRR. That first $400 felt impossible because churn kept canceling out new subscribers. Once trial starts started picking up, growth looked completely different. A good reminder that progress isn’t always linear. Hope it continues 95 days left.
