100+ visitors, 0 signups. How would you market this micro SaaS? I recently launched a small SaaS propertystoryapp.com and I’m struggling with the marketing side. It’s designed for landlords and property owners to keep the full history of a property in one place: repairs, maintenance, appliances, warranties, receipts/invoices, contractors, documents, expenses and reminders. There’s also AI receipt/invoice scanning, and the free plan lets you manage one property. I’ve had 100+ website visits so far, but 0 free signups. I know that’s still a very small sample, but it made me question whether I’m targeting the wrong people, using the wrong channels, or not communicating the value clearly enough. For those of you who have successfully grown a micro SaaS, especially a B2C or landlord/property product: Where would you start? Reddit communities? Facebook landlord groups? Google Ads? Meta Ads? SEO/content? Direct outreach? Something else entirely? I don’t have a big advertising budget, so I’m especially interested in what actually worked for you when you were trying to get your first 10–50 real users. I’m not looking to spam the product here. I’d genuinely appreciate advice from people who have been through this.
