rallyupteam: posts for founders and execs who have no time
A service that turns a founder or exec's real context into LinkedIn posts.
Problem it solvesFounders and execs know they should post but don't have time to write.
Alec Kremins launched rallyupteam after getting fired and deciding to bet on himself. The company builds audiences for founders and execs by turning their real context into posts, and he says his own account brought investors, customers, and his first hire.
How they grewPosting every day in public; posted about getting fired and got 100K views in 24 hours

August 4th, 2025: I got fired from beehiiv. August 6th, 2025: I found out I was going to be a dad. So I had two options: find another job, or bet on myself at the worst possible time. I bet. I posted about getting fired 20 minutes after it happened. It got 100K views in 24 hours. Nine days later, I launched @rallyupteam with no product, no customers, and no plan besides posting every day about what I was building. Then I spent 6 months building the wrong thing: Software to get employees posting on LinkedIn. Only 2-10% of them ever do. So we flipped it. Start with one exec, and do it for them. That's the company now. We build audiences for founders and execs who have something worth saying and no time to say it. We pull their real context (their talks, their customer calls, their actual opinions), and an expert writer/content engineer writes their post. My own account is the proof: → 23,500 followers, all organic → ~5M impressions in the last 12 months → My investors, my customers, and my first hire all came from posts, not outbound I post about building this in public, what actually works on LinkedIn and X/Twitter, and the parts of founder life nobody screenshots. This is on top of being a new dad and building from Israel. If you're a founder or exec who has over 5M in funding or ARR and you know you should be posting but still aren't, DM me. 🤝 P.S. I'm offline 25 hours every week for Shabbat. If I go quiet until Sunday, that's why.
