   A privacy-focused file sharing site

   Solo dev here with a small SaaS. I'd like some advice from people further along. Over the last 7 days I've had about 1.32k visits (screenshot below). I know that's small compared to a lot of you, and some of it is probably bots. I'm not sure if Cloudflare filters those out. Traffic came from a mix of posting on Reddit, other SM sites and a few small ads. It's a file sharing site with a heavy focus on privacy, so I keep analytics minimal on purpose. I can't see much about visitors, but I can see that people are uploading files (currently just have a number incrementing when upload/download api is hit), so some of the traffic is real. What I don't know is how to turn that into paying customers or just frequent users. So I'd love to hear how you do it: * How do you advertise your SaaS? Where is your main source of traffic coming from? * Anything you tried that was a waste of money or time? * If you get traffic from reddit, how did you do it - like what was your post about? Any advice is heavily appreciated, including “you’re doing it wrong”.
