When I started building ValoAi, I wasn’t trying to make the financial market more complicated. I was trying to make it simpler. I was thinking about the everyday person who wants to make money from crypto, stocks and the financial market, but does not have the luxury of sitting on TradingView all day watching 10–20 charts. You have a job. You have a business. You have a family. You have other things to do. You should not need to become a professional trader before you can make intelligent decisions in the financial market. That is what I wanted ValoAi to solve. Take all the charts. The market data. The technical analysis. The fundamentals. The risk. The opportunities. The millions of coins and stocks available. Process all that information and simply tell you: What should I be looking at? What can I buy? Where should I enter? Where should I sell? Where am I wrong? How much of my capital should I risk? What is the potential profit? That is ValoAi. I wasn’t building it only for professional traders and investors. They are part of our users, of course. But I was also building it for the banker. The entrepreneur. The student. The doctor. The engineer. The busy professional. The person who doesn’t understand all the trading jargon and doesn’t want to spend hours searching CoinMarketCap trying to figure out which of thousands of coins to buy.     Vortx: a discord bot for trading and prediction markets

    This is probably going to be an unpopular take, but I want to share my thoughts on the @HyperliquidX ecosystem as a builder. Disclaimer: HYPE is my biggest bag. This isn't criticism of Hyperliquid, the HL team or HYPE as an asset. It's more of a digest of my last two years trying to build (and helping others do the same) in The House for all Finance. Many of you might know me as "that guy from Vortx." Back in the HFUN days, I built an HL frontend called Vortx, with a bot that let you trade straight from Discord. Thanks to our small community, we bonded on HFUN and launched on HL spot. But we weren't making any revenue, since we didn't charge fees. We did 18M in volume in 7 months, and I eventually decided to shut down the trading infra because, in the end, nobody was really using it. Then we pivoted Vortx into an on-chain, permissionless prediction market. This was pre-HIP-4, and the idea was that you could pay a small amount of tokens to launch your own market and earn 10% of the trading fees it generated as "creator rewards." Token holders could also stake their tokens and act as oracles, voting on market resolution and earning some fees. Looking back, this was just a bad call I made while trying to give the token some utility (I still hold 90% of the Vortx tokens I ever got my hands on, now worthless). Trying to compete with Polymarket and Kalshi at the time, with no resources, was a race to the bottom. That was my first experiment. Back then, I thought the apathy from the ecosystem and the community came from the product being bad, or from the ecosystem not being mature enough, or big enough, for a product like this. On to the next one! 2025 was full of different projects. We built the first on-chain poker room (pre-VEGAS), and I also worked with three teams as a software engineer, trying to ship 1) an NFT marketplace, 2) a volatility trading venue and, towards the end of the year, 3) a native app built on builder codes that also integrated other venues like Lighter. The poker dApp never got enough traction. We ran 70+ events with different NFT communities (from Hyperliquid and Solana), dozens of tournaments, and even managed to onboard some Solana whales whose rake kept the platform alive for a while. BUT how is it that a platform on HyperEVM gets most of its user base from another chain? Especially considering how many thriving NFT communities Hyperliquid had back then (and still has). I eventually had some differences with my co-founder and decided to leave. They're still at it, it still has zero regulars and barely any community WITHIN the HL eco. Most of the activity is, again, coming from outside. The NFT marketplace never got traction either, and I think that's part of a pattern: basically every NFT marketplace native to HL has died. The native app did better, thanks to the relentless work of its two founders. But despite doing a billion in volume in its first two months, most of the activity came, again, from outside the HL eco. They're doing okish: they found a small niche in the Asian market and are raising to expand onto other venues. The HL side of the business is pretty much dead. "Why would anyone use anything other than the HL website and pay more fees?" you might ask. That's a fair point, and you're right. Usually there isn't enough added value to justify the extra fees, and the volume in these kinds of apps usually comes from a points program. The volatility trading venue died on testnet. It ran there for almost three months, onboarded 107 users and did a little over 10M in volume, but it failed to raise enough to cover the audit and move to mainnet. 90% of its testnet users came from, you guessed it, other chains and communities outside the HL eco. And it isn't only us. I've watched protocols, marketplaces and HIP-3 deployers sunset one after another. Some never found PMF, but most of them never got the support to find out.

    neoba: a functional neobank experiment on whop

    first touch with @whop hasn’t been that bad despite not even having a real product with intention of marketing it or making something that adds real value, 34 users joined neoba well, 28 if I don’t count myself and those who work at @whop no one has actually use it, but as an experiment, it went pretty well I’d have liked to see how it would have gone if I had launched the creatives I made with chat gpt but it really surprised me how fast you can launch and market a product I mean, in less than 15-20 min I had a functional “neobank” with 3 different creatives ready to launch, and all through @whop hot take: the first post got 134 bookmarks and all I did was write a ridiculous prompt for Whop AI

    PocketIQ Wealth: budgeting and wealth tracking in one place

    I spent 15 years bouncing between finance apps and finally built the one I wanted I've been working towards improving finances and building wealth for about 15 years. Loan calculators, net worth tracking, budgeting my money, etc. I've always used multiple apps to figure things out. So I decided to build an app for myself that has everything in one place — budgeting, debt payoff, compound interest, net worth tracking, retirement, the works. No bank connection, no account, you just type your numbers in. I originally wasn't planning on sharing it with anyone but I realized that this could be useful to others as well. And considering i make content on social media helping people get started building wealth, it felt like a smart thing to do. So I put it out. Less than 100 downloads so far, mostly friends and family I texted directly asking for support. Not a big number, I know. That's the honest state of it. Two things I'd love feedback on: \- The app itself — if you download it, what's confusing, what's missing, what would make you actually keep using it. \- How the hell do people get their first real traction on something like this? I don't have an ad budget to speak of yet and I'm not sure if I should be spending my time on TikTok, Reddit, ASA, or something else entirely.     An invoicing tool that charges per invoice sent

    I built an invoicing tool where you only pay when you send. 41 bucks on Meta ads got 0 signups, one Reddit comment thread got 100 visits Kept seeing freelancers complain they pay 30 to 65 a month to send like 4 invoices, and Harvest just hit people with 5x price jumps. So I built the opposite. 3 invoices a month free, 2 bucks each after that. No subscription unless you actually send a lot It does the annoying part. Tells you when the client opened it, sends the day 3 / 7 / 14 reminders so you're not the one texting "hey just checking in," and you tap mark paid when the money hits. Client pays you however they already pay you, bank, venmo, whatever. I don't touch the money Week 1, honestly: spent 41 bucks on Meta ads, 75 people clicked, zero signed up lol. Then I asked a pricing question in a freelancer sub with no link and a Wave user argued with me for an hour about whether Wave's really free. That thread sent more people in 6 hours than the ads did in 3 days. Reddit comments beat ads apparently Solo, built it in about 2 weeks. Next.js, Postgres, Stripe, Resend, Vercel Thing I can't figure out: is 2 bucks per invoice smart or weird? People either love it or think it's insane and nobody's in the middle. And if you were one of the 75 who clicked and bounced, what made you leave Link in comments, you can build an invoice on the homepage without an account so you can see the whole thing first

    Trigol.io: ai stock signals for short-term opportunities

    Where are you guys finding leads for your B2C SaaS? I'm currently building [Trigol.io](http://trigol.io/), an AI-powered stock signal platform that uses 500+ ML models to identify short-term opportunities in US stocks. We publicly track every signal, including the losing ones. So far in 2026: 276 signals, 73.9% win rate, +82.74% cumulative performance. I'm at the point where conversion doesn't seem to be the main problem: Visitor → Free Trial: \~3.5% Free Trial → Paid: \~10% The free trial requires a credit card Obviously there's still a lot I can optimize in the funnel, but right now my biggest bottleneck seems much simpler: I need more qualified traffic. I'm bootstrapping this and working with a very small budget. I plan to start experimenting with paid ads soon, but before burning money there, I'm trying to figure out which low-cost acquisition channels are actually working for other micro-SaaS founders. So far I've been looking at things like niche creators/affiliates, Reddit communities, organic content, SEO and direct outreach. For those of you who got past the first few customers without a big ad budget: where did your best leads actually come from? Especially interested in channels that worked when you were still small, rather than strategies that require thousands per month in ad spend.
