Arnies: cuts a saas down to one problem people buy
A SaaS for users who need one clear problem solved instead of a GTM superapp.
Problem it solvesPeople don't buy a superapp when the value is hard to explain.
Noorullah Jamakzai says Arnies is stuck at about $1k MRR and has been flat for a while. He is cutting features based on what paying users would miss, after Linkedify reached about $25k MRR.
How they grewpost every day, reply every day, ship small, talk to users

linkedify does ~$25k MRR. arnies, the new one, is stuck at ~$1k and has been flat for a while. that's the weird part. i already built something that works. i know how to get customers. but pushing a second saas from zero feels harder than the first time. for months i kept thinking the next feature would move it. linkedin avatars, email warmup, domains, inboxes, sequences. arnies turned into a "GTM superapp" and honestly nobody buys a superapp. they buy one problem getting solved. every feature made it harder to explain. demos got longer, people nodded, then nothing happened. no viral moment, no big launch day, just slow weeks. so right now the only plan is to stay consistent. post every day, reply every day, ship small, talk to users, even when the numbers don't move. and this week i started cutting. i'm asking every paying user one question: if arnies disappeared tomorrow, what would you actually miss? whatever they say stays. everything else goes, even the stuff i spent weeks building and still like. it's hard going backwards at $1k when the other business is at $25k. but a small thing people would miss beats a big thing nobody can explain. will post what survives the cut.
