Feeling de-motivated on a project I spent 3-4 months on So, I built a Pokemon eBay deal finder app, which was built originally for me, where it watches eBay and finds products under market value based on PulseTCG market data, then notifies the user as soon as the bot finds the deals. I personally think it's great, and i've hit 55 users now in total, but it's massively slowed down, and I've tried doing some social media posts as well, ads, and the general stuff, but I feel like I'm failing now because I can't seem to get any real feedback to know do people like it, and why it's not growing much recently. This is a bit of a vent tbh, but equally would love any genuine feedback on maybe how yourselves tend to deal with a situation like this, thanks. https://www.dealwatcha.app/ https://preview.redd.it/tiixhxm6ynsh1.png?width=2786&format=png&auto=webp&s=bc5ed006deb816eb42dfc73af80e335c0637f560

Indie Apps: a directory for discovering indie iPhone, iPad, and Mac apps

Got my first $9.99 sale today Today I got my **first $9.99 sale** for Indie Apps It’s a small thing, but honestly, it feels pretty big I built **Indie Apps** because I always found it surprisingly difficult to discover good apps made by independent developers. So I decided to build a simple directory where indie developers can list their iPhone, iPad, and Mac apps, and people can discover them. I’m still very early, and there’s a lot I want to improve especially getting more apps and users onto the platform. But seeing someone actually pay for something I built today was a pretty great feeling. Now onto the next one **Indie Apps:** [https://indie-apps.com](https://indie-apps.com/)

ListCraft AI: a chrome extension for etsy and ebay listing help

Just hit 100 downloads on my free Etsy/eBay extension! Added a 50x Bulk CSV generator & photo-to-SEO AI Body: Hey everyone! Started from zero with ListCraft AI (a free Chrome extension using a BYO-OpenAI key model so sellers don't pay $30/mo subscriptions). A safe e-commerce setup that restores performance after an ad ban

Day 113 of the MRR brand: We are back to performance before the adrevival ban finally! Actually better since profit margin is sitting at 25-30%. On a much safer set up as well with personal account. It took a while but we made it. We are going to start testing new angles. If we can crack these new angles the the sky is the limit fr. Next 3 month goals: This month hit 10k day. October hit 20k day. November hit 1M/M run rate(33k A Day) I truly think its possible now that we have an actual safe setup.

An e-commerce brand: advertorial-driven scaling for consumables

Day 115 of the MRR brand: Another peak day hit lets go! The reason for this new scale is a new winning ad + an advertorial i cooked up. I was creating this advertorial because i wanted to try out Taboola but its absolutely crushing rn in Meta. When you look at consumables almost none of the big brands are running advertorials, but i guess it aint dead. Yesterday we sat at a 1.45 front end roas which is absolutely insane and crushing all targets. If we can sit at a 1.1 front end im so happy. But now its time to keep scaling up everyday🫎🫎

Day 117 of the MRR brand: Another peak day hit. It feels like we are really starting to crack our main angle now. Today im gonna discuss with the team how we can scale the main angle further while also unlocking new angles. My idea is to lowkey just run all the top concepts for the new angles as well. Lets get to the 20k day soon🥷

TrendTrack: tracks e-commerce performance and growth

We are now managing $800K MRR. I joined at $20K less than a year ago. Here is our exact roadmap, step by step: Step 1: Leverage existing authority Before launching TrendTrack, @vincent_alonzi was already a recognized name in the French e-commerce ecosystem. He regularly shared his analyses, insights, and results. When TrendTrack launched, he didn't have to convince strangers: he offered the product to an audience that already trusted him. Result: we reached $200k in MRR organically. Step 2: Build acquisition from the ground up. When I joined, there was no marketing team. I had to build everything simultaneously: identify acquisition channels, structure the department, and track ROI for every action. To stay lean and efficient, I kept tools minimal: a simple piece of paper for daily priorities, an Excel sheet for tracking. I called dozens of users to sharpen our ICP, and personally handled every onboarding call in French, English, and Spanish. Every call delivered two things: clients who felt heard, and market insights no dashboard could ever provide. Step 3: Turn customer satisfaction into organic growth. Our first satisfied clients became our best advocates, without us ever asking. The product delivered clear financial value the only form of marketing that costs nothing and never stops working. Step 4: Play the long game on brand awareness. We spent three months investing heavily in brand recognition with zero immediate ROI, just so the market would know our name. Today, when we reach out to a prospect, trust is already established. It creates a virtuous cycle based on deeper customer insight, continuous product iteration, and frictionless sales. Any further question on this topic ?
