Finally created my first SaaS: Connecting multiple links to one URL Sharing multiple long URLs isn't exactly clean. They take up space, get lost in conversations, and when you're sharing something with a client, colleague, team, or even friends, sending a wall of links doesn't look particularly professional. That's why I built WeLinkly. WeLinkly lets you combine multiple links into a single organized Project with its own shareable URL. Instead of sending: • one link to a document • another to a website • another to a video • another to Google Maps • another to a shared resource you send one WeLinkly URL containing everything. But I didn't want it to be just a page full of links. Each link can have its own title and description, so the person receiving it knows what they're opening before they click. Projects are also saved and can be organized into folders, so you don't have to search through old messages, bookmarks, or notes to find them again. How I built it I built WeLinkly as a web app and have been developing it feature by feature rather than trying to build everything at once. A big part of the process has been keeping the creation flow simple while gradually adding things like custom Project URLs, different link display modes, folders, QR codes, collaboration, analytics, and a Chrome extension. One thing I've learned while building it is that adding features is the easy part, keeping the product simple as the feature set grows is much harder. I'm now trying to be much more selective about what I add instead of turning it into a collection of unrelated link tools. Some early numbers So far: • 23 Projects • 10 new users • 0 paying users I've also started testing Google Ads: • 520 impressions • 70 clicks • €1.28 average CPC • €89 spent It's obviously still very early, but I'm sharing the numbers because I think the building/marketing side is just as interesting as the product itself.
