Sponsor placements on shipitfaststupid.com are sold by the week as one-time payments through Creem. To ask for a refund, write to [email protected] with the email you paid with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Creem, usually within 5–10 business days.
Full refund
- Before your placement goes live. Changed your mind? Ask any time before it runs and you get all of it back.
- If we decline your placement. If what you sent doesn’t fit our rules in the Terms, we refund it in full.
- If we can’t run it. If we haven’t put your placement live within seven days of receiving everything we need, you can ask for a full refund.
Partial refund
- If the site goes down or we pull your placement early for a reason that isn’t a breach of our terms on your side, we refund the full weeks that didn’t run.
- Multi-week bookings. If you ask to stop a placement that’s already running, we refund the remaining full weeks.
No refund
- For weeks that have already run.
- For being outbid. A sidebar sponsor who is outbid moves down one place and stays on the page, so the placement keeps running.
- If we remove a placement because it breaks our terms, for example if the linked site changes into something we don’t accept.
- For traffic or results. We don’t guarantee views, clicks or sales.

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most problems are faster to fix by email.
