These terms cover your use of shipitfaststupid.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”) and any sponsor placement you buy on it. By using the site or buying a placement, you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].
The site
The site is a hand-sorted catalog of indie SaaS products and apps. Each entry links to the maker’s own post, repo or site. Revenue, user counts and build times are as the maker reported them. We link to the source; we don’t audit it, and nothing on the site is financial or business advice.
You can browse, search, upvote and submit products for free. Please don’t scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, try to break or bypass its security, or submit content you don’t have the right to share.
Submissions
When you submit a product, you confirm the link is public and that what you wrote is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may edit an entry for length, category or clarity, and we may decline or remove any entry. The optional contact field is only used to ask you a question before publishing and is never shown on the site.
Sponsor placements
We sell two kinds of placement, described on the Sponsors page:
- Sidebar sponsor slots. Four slots beside the catalog, ranked by weekly bid. The floor is $10 a week. To take a slot, pay at least $5 a week more than its current holder. A sponsor who is outbid moves down one place instead of losing their placement, and moves back up when a slot above them ends.
- The in-feed slot. A sponsored card shown after every 12 products on every catalog page. It is $100 a week, and one advertiser holds it at a time.
Placements are bought by the week, as a one-time payment, through our payment provider Creem. A placement runs for the number of weeks you paid for, starting when it goes live. After paying, send us your logo, name, link and, for the in-feed slot, one line and a screenshot. We aim to put a placement live within two business days of receiving everything we need.
What we accept
We decide what runs. We don’t accept placements for anything illegal, adult content, gambling, weapons, malware, get-rich-quick or investment schemes, or anything deceptive or misleading. We may ask you to change a placement, or decline it, before it runs. If we decline a placement, you get a full refund.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you send us, including logos, names and screenshots, and that the product you promote is described honestly. You are responsible for the product you advertise and for what happens on the site you link to.
No guarantees on results
We publish the site’s own traffic counters and will share the breakdown on request, but we don’t guarantee any number of views, clicks, signups or sales. A placement is a place on the page for the weeks you paid for.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment details, receipts and sales tax or VAT. We never see your card number. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it up and accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the site or a placement is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects a placement you’ve already paid for, the terms in force when you paid apply to that placement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
