1 billion views......
i keep reading that number and it still doesn't feel real!!!
2022: @jemsocialapp was a beta and a lot of hope.
2023: we launched publicly. 5,000 registered users. no brands yet.
2024: Sway Capital and a group of angels bet $155k on us. 25,000 registered users. still.. maybe just a few brands.
2025: we launched the marketplace intentionally. 120 brands signed up. collaborations started 🚀
2026: acquired @postspaceapp . 1000+ brands signed up. 5000+ campaigns. creators on @jemsocialapp l passed 1 billion views in brand campaigns.
2027: ??? 👀 👀 👀 👀 👀 stay tuned..
that timeline looks clean. because it wasn't.
it was rebuild after rebuild. the site, the onboarding, the product itself. it was building in public, every single month, networking, being open for feedback, iterating, doubling down, pivoting and so much more.
and tbh, this isn't a "look at us" post. it's a thank you. for believing in us. the product. and me.
to our creators: you showed up, made the videos, and turned briefs into real results. this billion is yours, and you did it from all 7 continents.
to the 1,000+ brands who trusted creators with your story: thank you. special shout out to Triller, Posh, Social Fest, Sesh Collective, Houston Rockets, Kahlab, BONNEE | The Clothing Swap App, EGO Tequila, Mingle And Muse and SO many more who have been rocking with us since the early beginning because they saw the vision..whether they were a VC backed company or a small business.
views were never the point. intentional partnerships and results were such as:
→ one consumer app (stealth) booked 5 creators for $1,200 and got 15,500 downloads and +$3,400 MRR in 30 days
→ Triller got 10,000+ conversions at a $0.15 CPA
→ Kahlab 10x'd their website traffic
→ Social Fest sold OUT of their very first conference in RGV
that's what happens when brands work with creators intentionally, not transactionally.
the next few years?
we're going even crazier. we're building Jem Social into the engine that takes any brand from idea to live creator campaign, anywhere in the world.
brands: imagine what a piece of the next billion could do for you.
creators: you can join free, from wherever you are.
link in the comments.
thank you for being part of this. the next billion starts now, more intentionally.

Yesterday, we crossed 100 companies live on Phone.inc 🍾. But the more important number is 15%: our conversion rate from Free to Pro without any nudging, growth hacks, or even feature gates- all things we have not had the time to build yet.
Most of our paying customers are companies I didn't know before.
There is a smell of product-market fit in the bakery, and we are only just building the core features; all the magic is still to come!

I know exactly what stops founders hitting $30k, $50k and even $100k months from LinkedIn.
It's not your content. 👇
It all comes down to getting obsessed with your "metrics".
Most expert founders have no idea why one month they have an amazing launch, and the next month they're crashing back down, wondering what the hell happened.
Knowing your business metrics is the only way to make your client acquisition predictable.
And if you can't get this right, you'll never be able to sustain $20k, $50k or $100k months in your business.
Here's what I track:
Top of funnel
Content:
- Which posts get hand-raisers and qualified calls booked
- All of it logged in an Excel sheet
- The winning formats saved into my Claude AI strategist, so I can replicate them
Middle of funnel
Outbound:
- Messages sent: how I keep my team accountable
- Reply rate: tells us if our first-touch message is working or needs switching up
- Active conversations: are we actually prospecting, and is our messaging engaging prospects?
- Touches per booked meeting: the golden metric I hold my team to. Once you know it, you can work backwards to your targets
- Qualified sales calls booked: budget, authority, need and/or timeline confirmed in the DM conversation
Bottom of funnel
- VSL completion: how long your prospect watched your VSL. It shows the drop-off points, where to improve retention, and whether prospects arrive at the call warmed up
- Show rate: how many people actually turn up to your sales calls
- Close rate on qualified calls: how many qualified calls it takes you to close a client
- Total close rate: include your disqualified calls as well as the qualified ones, and you get the number you actually need to scale (this will humble you if you think you're an A-class closer)
- Slipped deals: if 20% of your deals usually drop off, factor that into your close metrics
- Cash collected: the cash you actually receive from the deals you close. Not contract value, not MRR
- Contract value closed: what clients have agreed to pay under contract
When your numbers are dialled in, consistently profitable months become a by-product.
Because you can work backwards from your best months.
For example:
I close 1 in 5 of the calls I take (qualified or not). It takes 35 touches to book a call. So on paper, my team needs 175 touches to sign one $10,000 client, and 1,750 touches for a $100k month.
But my show rate is 70%.
So a $100k month at $10k a client actually takes 2,520 touches, not 1,750.
Your best months come from knowing your numbers.
After all, how can you hit a target if you don't know where it is?
Want our setter DM tracker to build a predictable pipeline? Send me a DM with "TRACKER".
ProblemFounders can't predict client acquisition because they don't track the right funnel metrics.

I TOLD GPT ASTRA TO FIND A MICRO-SAAS HIDING IN 50,000 ONE-STAR REVIEWS.
IT FOUND ONE NOBODY WAS BUILDING.
It now does $9K/month.
I didn’t upload a spreadsheet or spend days reading reviews.
I told Astra to find repeated, expensive problems customers were already describing, but the software companies kept ignoring.
It scanned 50,000 one-star reviews across booking and scheduling tools.
One complaint kept appearing:
“My appointment was cancelled.
I had people waiting.
But filling the slot still meant calling everyone manually.”
The software could manage calendars.
It couldn’t recover revenue from a cancelled slot.
So I built the smallest possible fix:
A cancellation hits the calendar → Astra texts the waitlist → the first person to reply gets the slot → the calendar updates itself.
No new booking platform.
No CRM.
Just a revenue leak getting closed in real time.

In the last two months, ELU’s ARR grew 8×, and we’ve signed multiple LOIs, including Google, with over 500+ companies onboarded since July.
Seeing that momentum build has been exciting. Now we’re getting ready to show what we’ve built at a16z Speedrun 007 Demo Day on October 6.
ELU is building self-healing QA for enterprise software, deployed on-premise. It learns where real users struggle, generates fixes, tests them with synthetic users in a simulated environment, and auto-merges validated fixes into production.
The vision is simple: your software should become aware of how its being used and improve itself in real time with no humans in the loop.
One week to go til we pitch on stage again! Let me know if you’ll be at Demo Day or want to see ELU in action!

We are now managing $800K MRR. I joined at $20K less than a year ago. Here is our exact roadmap, step by step:
Step 1: Leverage existing authority
Before launching TrendTrack, @vincent_alonzi was already a recognized name in the French e-commerce ecosystem. He regularly shared his analyses, insights, and results. When TrendTrack launched, he didn't have to convince strangers: he offered the product to an audience that already trusted him. Result: we reached $200k in MRR organically.
Step 2: Build acquisition from the ground up.
When I joined, there was no marketing team. I had to build everything simultaneously: identify acquisition channels, structure the department, and track ROI for every action. To stay lean and efficient, I kept tools minimal: a simple piece of paper for daily priorities, an Excel sheet for tracking. I called dozens of users to sharpen our ICP, and personally handled every onboarding call in French, English, and Spanish.
Every call delivered two things: clients who felt heard, and market insights no dashboard could ever provide.
Step 3: Turn customer satisfaction into organic growth.
Our first satisfied clients became our best advocates, without us ever asking. The product delivered clear financial value the only form of marketing that costs nothing and never stops working.
Step 4: Play the long game on brand awareness.
We spent three months investing heavily in brand recognition with zero immediate ROI, just so the market would know our name. Today, when we reach out to a prospect, trust is already established.
It creates a virtuous cycle based on deeper customer insight, continuous product iteration, and frictionless sales.
Any further question on this topic ?

Day 59 of the restart sprint for isitdisposable.com. September ends today, so the month's honest ledger:
Shipped: the September data report (edition two, first churn measurements, 1,215 resurrected domains), seven blog pieces including four integration guides, a marketplace deal negotiated and structured on my terms, the platform core extracted so the next four products build on rails, an analytics migration, and the WordPress plugin's requested changes.
Firsts: first page one rankings on Google and Bing. First ever ChatGPT referral. First week every input floor went green.
Flops: two Hacker News submissions eaten by spam filters before human eyes. An enterprise outreach floor that went to zero once while comfort work volunteered.
Revenue: $0 then, $0 now. What changed is everything upstream of revenue: the doors, the data, the rankings, the pipeline, the cohort waiting behind one marketplace approval.
October has three weeks of sprint left and three loaded events: the report edition with our first ever domain lifespan data, its Hacker News submission, and Day 90's full accounting. Whatever the last line says, it will be true. That has been the product of this account all along.
$0 MRR. 20 days left. One month to land it.

I BUILT SOMETHING NEW 🐈⬛ 🎉
In the last year, my business @VoicyApp got to:
💵 $11k MRR
💰Over 2000 paying users
📈 25000 monthly clicks from Google
The secret? SEO + GEO.
The cool part? It's 100% automated.
I didn't write a single blog post. ZERO.
Instead, I built Romeo. My personal SEO agent.
This isn't a new idea, but I hated every single AI SEO tool out there.
- They push out slop that nobody reads
- They care about clicks, not conversions
- You push a blog post out and never look at it again
Romeo does things differently.
- It writes like you and I write (mostly me 😘)
- IT AUDITS YOUR SITE EVERY DAY
Instead of writing new AI slop, it checks your existing site.
What's ranking?
What's dropping?
What needs improvement?
It then does all of that.
Everybody wants to push more content, nobody wants to fix what's broken.
Romeo SEO is not a new idea. There are a million competitors.
But I know we can do it better than them.
Give it a try at romeoseo.com ❤️
